The ZW/ZWB series self-priming non clogging sewage pump is a newly developed product with a novel structure based on repeated research ofsimilar technologies at home and abroad.
This pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, adopts an axial reflux external mixing type, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can suction and discharge liquids containing large particle solids and long fiber impurities, like general self-priming clean water pumps, without the need for bottom valves and irrigation. It can be widely used in municipal sewage engineering, river and pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, electrical industry, fiber, slurry and mixed suspended solids, and is an idealimpurity pump.
Compared with similar domestic products, this pump has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and convenient use and maintenance. It is the first in the domestic sewage pump series products. The various technical performance indicators are leading in China, reaching the international advanced level, and have broad application markets and development prospects.

Working conditions

1. Environmental temperature≤50℃,medium temperature≤80°C，special requirements can reach up to 200°C.
2. Medium pH value: Castiron material is 6-9, stainless steel material is 2-13.
3. Medium weight: not exceeding 1240kg/m3.
4. Self suction height: cannot exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is less than 10 meters.
5. Passing ability: The diameter of suspended particles is less than 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is less than 5 times the pump diameter.
