    Material

    Pump body, pump cover: Cast iron
    Impeller: Stainless steel 2Cr13
    Pump shaft: 45# steel (seal position 304)
    Mechanical seal dynamic and static rings: Antimony graphite, silicon carbide
    Bearing: Custom high-temperature grease
    Surface treatment: Electrophoretic paint

     

    Structural Features

    Adopts a direct connection structure, stable operation in the later stage, less vibration noise, and convenient maintenance.
    The impeller and pump body are designed with excellent hydraulic models for higher efficiency.
    Pump body, pump cover, impeller and other castings use coated sand and precision casting processes, with a smooth surface and excellent appearance and quality.
    Cast iron flow parts are fully covered with electrophoretic paint process, greatly reducing the impact of rust on the pump's performance and lifespan.

     

    Motor

    YE3 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor series. Power and type comply with IEC-Normb
    Type: V1(TQLT) B35(TQWT)
    Power supply: 380V, 50Hz
    Protection level: IP55
    Insulation class: F
    Motor shaft: 45# steel (seal position 304) or stainless steel (2Cr13)
    Temperature: Maximum working environment temperature of the motor is 40°C. If the temperature exceeds 40°C, please reduce the power usage.
    Direction: For vertical pumps, viewed from the motor fan side, the direction is clockwise; for horizontal pumps, viewed from the pump inlet side, the direction is counterclockwise.

     

    Operating Conditions

    Medium: Clean water
    Medium temperature: -10°C to 80°C
    Ambient temperature: ≤40°C (altitude less than 1000m, relative humidity not exceeding 95%)
    Maximum working pressure: <0.6MPa
